Once you make a payment, it will take up to 1-3 days for us to process your payment. You will receive an email confirming from us, that your payment has been received.

After your order has been processed, it will take an average of 3-7 business days for your product to be delivered.
If your payment method is declined your order will not be processed or shipped out. A member of our payments team will reach out to you via email to let you know that your payment has been declined. We will then cancel your declined order and you will be able to order again using a different payment method.
